Ripped-Off

<p>Car covered was written off. Took nearly two months to finalise the claim. FFW closed their file and never paid me the excess back. Upon following up on the pay back of the excess fee, First for Women state that my husband rear-ended the other party, as if you dont have all the information at hand. The other party caused the accident, now Fist for Women kept my excess to themselves. How many clients do / have you ripped-off like that - and how long do I have to wait from you and the third party insurer??? </p>
