Ripp Off(taking people's money and don't want to pay the claims) - AND BAD SERVICE ON TOP OF EVERYTHING
I was involved in a car accident End of January. Till today end of April now i am still fighting first for women to pay the bank. After reading the reviews here I see its something that they normally do. They are coming up with excuses saying i said i was insured under my sisters's insurance. which doesn't make sense because when i join them i was coming from another insurance.
More than anything i am disappointed with the attitude i am getting from the person handling my case telling me its either i take what they are offering or the don't pay at all. When they were busy taking my money they were all nice now that they must deliver on their promise it is something else.
I've had no joy at all with this insurance. Am i can see am not the only one. you need to think twice before joining them. They claim to be first for women when in actual fact they are worse for women. Don't be fooled by the name.
