Ripp off of an insurance company. I got ****** and lodged a claim for my phone (Insured value R14k, Market Value R7.1k). FFW is charging me excess AND a premium for a phone worth R14k, but are only me for a value of R7k. When I asked them why my premium and excess is still so high even after knowing the value of my phone, they said that I am to blame for not revaluing my phone. HOW CAN YOU CHARGE ME A PREMIUM+EXCESS FOR A PHONE WORTH 14K, but will only payout R7k. I am livid! They let me pay a premium that high knowing very well that my phone was not woth 14k but still charged me the FULL AMOUNT. I AM DISGUSTED AT THIS ******* OF A COMPANY. Then they say that they will pay me the residual after revaluing my phone. WHY DID'NT THEY JUST ADJUST MY PHONE VALUE IMMEDIATELY!? WHY create so much admin? All under the guise of rippin us off.
