Ridiculous service

<p>I have had unenterupted insurance for 2 years- 1 year with First for Women. You know one would expect to get their premium redused on their anniversarry- but no i get a letter that tells me my premium is going up and when i call i get this heartless consultant who doesn't even take the customers needs into consideration.</p> <p>I am not happy with moving from paying R905.31 and jumping to R1 064.92 and then im told car parts are expensive/increasing- Expensive for who? so am i helping you guys fill your pockets fo those people who claim?</p>
