Ridiculous premium increase on my premium and access!!!! You are ripping of people!!!

You guys are not honest!!!! I am so annoyed and i want to cancel this damn insurance On the phone you told me that you are reducing my premium and that my access will not change. However when i get an email, its a different story!! My premium is up nd my access Is more !! This is ****en ridiculous!!! How the **** do you increase my access to and premium at th same time!!!! I want to cancel my insurance with you , you are very expensive!!!!!!
