Ridiculous High increase on policy

I have been with this insurer for a year and not much good or satisfactory has come out. For the month of July 1st for women decided to increase my car insurance with R500. This is beyond ridiculous and a serious ****. I was paying R1800 for two cars and now it went up to R2300. Out of anger I handed in my cancellation request and demanded answers as to why was this increased with so much money, till this day I am yet to receive a call. Customers are taken for granted and shown no respect by agents and the company itself. I need a good explanation to this ridiculous increase and a proper review.
