Ridiculous annual increases

Every single year my premium increases by a stupid amount, while everything I have insured decreases in value.

Again this year my premium is increasing by almost R500 a month! While my excess has also gone up. I tried to phone to sort this out and was told that department is experiencing a high call volume and I will be called back. Probably because they are trying to ******* all their customers. This is the last year I am doing this, I am moving my policy over to Outsurance with whom my husband is and his increases are non-existent.
