Ridicoulus premium increase!

I received my annual policy update letter. 1st for women decided to increase my monthly premium with 18%, on top of that they increased the excess from R3 950 to R4,550, how ridiculous!! How do you substantiate an increase of 18% and increase of 16%. I cannot afford this. It's time for looking elsewhere.
