There was a break in at my house and the ******* items that costed R18767.00, this is excluding my IPad cause they say they need proof that the item has been blacklisted (apple does not do this, i can only report it as lost. Before the claim was concluded they came to my house and then told me that I have been under ensured and they cannot pay me the total value of the claim they can only give me R7483.00. How sway?? Why was i even insured with you if you could not even advice me properly from the get go? YOU ARE THE SPECIALIST, PLEASE ADVICE YOUR CLIENTS CORRECTLY, WE ARE NOT TRAINED LIKE YOU GUYS!

My issue is that when i claimed initially (FOR DIFFERENT ITEAM) No one came for for inventory check. why now? why did we not do it then ?
