Request for Extension of Courtesy Vehicle Due to Administrative Dela

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the refusal by FFW to extend the courtesy vehicle period that was initially provided to me. To clarify the situation: • The incident was initially reported by me in May 2025. However, according to FFW records, the incident date is incorrectly recorded as 30 June 2025. It was only logged in June. • I was granted a courtesy vehicle for a period of 30 days from the date of claim logging. Unfortunately, due to the incorrect recording and delay in processing, the claim was only logged in June, by which time the initial courtesy period had effectively elapsed. • The panel beaters only received the vehicle on 22 July 2025, meaning the repair work has been ongoing for approximately two weeks. Despite this, my entitlement to a courtesy vehicle is due to expire on 13 August 2025. • Given these timelines, it is unreasonable and unfair to expect me to incur additional costs for car hire due to FFW’s administrative delays. any delays attributable to the insurer’s administrative processes should not be borne by the customer, as that is not in accordance with the FSCA's treating customers fairly framework. The service together with the claims management process of first for women is deeply concerning, the lack of communication I have sent countless emails and made several calls no one gets back to me. I shudder to think what you have on claims record which is shared with the Authority perhaps these grievances are not adequately shared to convey a rather bigger claims admin issue, because this is honestly unacceptable.

Please note I called customer services earlier today and I was told a manager will be in contact with me as the consultant struggled to put me through, I have been waiting for this call over 2-3 hours and we are now nearing late afternoon with no feedback or communication.
