Repay Repair?
I placed a claim to repair my phone screen, the process was super easy. However, my phone is insured for R5000 and the quote they received to repair the screen is R4800. And now they want to pay me out rather than pay to get the screen repaired!!!!!!! SEND IT BACK, THANKS! Removing cellphone insurance from this policy and adding it onto another.

02 Sept 2021, 12:12I have just recieved my phone back WITH MORE DAMAGES! This will now cost me more to replace than what you had quoted! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE SERVICE! I want this looked into. I have images of when I sent my phone in with damages and now there are more damages!!!!
