Repairs Taking Far Too Long

I have a problem with First For Insurance, they approved my claim for repairs of my car and my car went to Auto Magic Panel Beaters, its been there now over a month, and I never get any feedback from Claim Consultant, meaning they never followup at all how far are things with my car. My Insurance has Car Hire, so i was hired a car from BidVest Rental only for 7 days, and since I have been extending the car with my own money, Rental people said i will claim back from Insurance, but when i try to email the claim consultant on all these issues no answer come back (email to [Email Removed]<br> I am really worried that my vehicle may even return worse off mechanically than it went it.<br> I am tired of such poor service by this Insurance.
