Renewit and 1st for Women

It's been 2months now since my car has been to repair no phone call for updates no nothing I've been to the renewit where the insurance took my car the service is very poor the are so rude and the insurance will promise to call with the feedback ull wait for ever they don't call today at 8 I spoke to alicia (supervisor) and mbokozi and thembakazi all of them promise to call me back I'm at the dealer waiting and the so call manager lizeil is so rude to black people and all I'm asking for is my car and they are closing down for 21days and I'm worried about my car if one of the members have the virus then what's gonna happen can I get help

Your complaint was sent to us (escalated) today. With all due respect mam, threatening with the media is not helping at all,
