Rejection of a car claim
My sister has or should i say had an insurance with them. She had a car accident. She submitted the claim now they are rejecting her claim saying she said she was insured on my car insurance for 3yrs. This doesnt even make sense. Why would i insure her on my insurance when she had her own car that was insured with a different insurance from mine before she went to them, does it even make sense or someone is just being plain stupid here. and why the hell were they taking the premium for if she already had an insurance.
My other sister even cancelled her insurance with them because of this. I hope they loose more clients. I am going to make sure that every one i know that is insured with them cancels their insurance.
They don't even deserve and star rating.
