Rejected Claim

Good afternoon

I am writing the email regarding the Claim that was rejected as I was hoping that the insurance would at least pay the minimum amount and outstanding amount would be paid by myself.

I am really concerned as the claim was exceeded with R1000 while the Insurance only approve up to R6000 and my damages were R7000.

I am really disappointed with VAP from First For Women Products as I am even thinking of cancelling the Policy and it will even be difficult for me to refer someone.
