Rejected Claim

I was insured with first for woman from June 2013, on the 1st of July i was involved in a car accident going to a meeting at work, i submitted my claim and a case number to first fro woman. 3 weeks later a gentleman called Tjaart called me and told me they are investigating my case, Tjaart interrogated my neighbours, colleagues and ex-colleagues about the where about of my car, i was also called to their offices to be interrogated, few weeks later first for woman send me a letter regretting that my claim was rejected because i was using my car for business and i was cover for private use. when i took out the cover with first for woman such details were not explained to me at all, that using my car to a meeting will be regarded as business travel and i have to be covered under business. first for woman should have explained to me all this things before i joined the insurance, now i am suffering the cost of fixing my damaged car while i had car insurance. i have reported this matter to short-term insurance ombasman july 2014 and i haven`t heard from them till today. i will never recommend anyone to take cover with first for woman.period!
