REJECT TO PAY FULL DAMAGES TO MY LANDROVER, OR WRITE IT OFF. ASSESSOR SAID IT IS NOT ROADWORTHY & WILL NOT INSURE MY VEHICLE AGAIN

I want to express how deeply disappointed I am with 1st for Women Insurance. I require an immediate intervention from 1st for Women. My vehicle, a Land rover 2011, white V8 was smashed on Sunday, 10 April 2016. On Wednesday 13 April 2016, I received a call from Nisha and Jeremy from Telesure who mentioned that the Assessment was complete which amount to R 236 900.23. On Thursday 14 April 2016, I spoke to the Assessor Mr Sello who also indicated the same above amount and the insurance will not pay full damages. I enquired as to why full damages was not being paid to repair my vehicle or why isn't the vehicle been written off. I was unhappy and immediately thought of my family SAFETY and who will fit the remaining cost. On Friday, 15 April 2016, I spoke to Mr Yasmeen the Senior Assessor, who advised that my vehicle was involved in an accident prior to me purchasing it and damages were colossal. As I did not meet an Accident prior to the 10 APRIL 2016. I was also unaware, quite shocked and surprised to hear about damages as i drove a perfect running vehicle for over 2 years which is mechanically sound and in excellent condition. And what the Assessor had mentioned was not true.Besides my vehicle went for inspection at PG Glass. It can clearly be seen that 1st for Women Insurance does not want to write off my vehicle. Yaseem further mentioned that they will repair a portion and not full value of damages to my vehicle, and even if the insurance company repairs the vehicle it still will be unsafe and not roadworthy. How can I transport my child and entire family everyday in a vehicle which is unsafe. 1ST For Women is putting my family’s life at risk. Mr Yasmeen further mentioned that the damages amounted to R 212 000.00. How can the figure decease? It can clearly be seen that 1st for Women Insurance is not true to their customers they serve and they do not want to pay me out the full amount or even write off the vehicle because I have an expensive vehicle. The Assessor, Mr Yasmeen promised to get a final decision from Management meeting held on Monday 19 April 2016. However he never responded to me with management’s decision. Excellent service from 1st For Women! However my husband was dealing with Reshmie and Nisha from Umhlanga who gave him an update, on Friday, 29 April 2016, I spoke to Reshmie who stated that my vehicle is uneconomical to repair and will write off the vehicle. (Calls are recorded). However she is awaiting her Business Manager to sign the settlement to pay my vehicle finance. However on Tuesday, 3 April 2016, Nisha called to inform that the insurance will pay out cash of R 212 000.00 and will not insure the vehicle again. I have never requested for a cash payout to repair my vehicle. I regret for taking insurance with first for women. I have done a big injustice to myself as I have two life covers, two car insurance covers and my vehicle Top up cover with 1st for women insurance. What do I do with R 212 000.00 when I owe the bank just over R500 000.00. I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND I AM UPSET WITH THE BAD SERVICE RECEIVED FROM THIS INSURANCE COMPANY.
