Refusing to replace windscreen after 60 days of the incident
I have been with first for women for more than 4 years and I have never claimed anything from them. I also just got a another policy with them for my new car BUT When I tried to have my windscreen fixed for the old car, it was declined . Reason being that II missed the deadline by 6 days. I am very disappointed and terminating my policy with them with immediate effect.
