Refusing to refund my debit order
The worst experience ever refusing to refund my money worse asking for bank statement which logical does not make any sense yet the funds were debited. I being told to wait for 7days to 14days just for R933… policy number ***

24 Jan 2024, 10:28I still have not had any respons worse i keep on calling and am being told it still be process and it will take 7-14 days to refund R933 this is not on seriously… you can tell me that you guys are failing to process a refund of 933 the harrassing part you are asking for bank statement and that defirmation of character
