Refusing to handle my 3rd party claim
Funny the name is 1st for Women, but the moment you need their help, you're on your own. I need to claim from a 3rd party and I'm a 1st for Women client, the 3rd party insurer advised that my insurer get in touch with them otherwise this will be a long process. FFW tells me go deal with them on your own and we'll only get involved if it needs legal to step in. I'm so baffled as to why I pay premiums if I'm still going to be expected to handle things on my own as if I don't have an insurer to back me up. Wow, what a way to treat your clients!

20 Mar 2024, 10:31That was 16 days ago, I'm still sitting with a damaged car, was booked at a panelbeater across town as if you guys don't have my address on your system or that's just gross negligence. I've had to call back numerous times in the past 2 weeks only to find nothing has been done. Last call being yesterday when I was directed to the new panelbeater closer to me, who didn't even have my authorisation documents as yet. Service is moving at a snail's pace. The app is worse, didn't even get any responses to my query
