REFUSED THIRD PARTY CLAIM

I submitted a 3rd party to 1st for Women after their client went through a red traffic light and bumped into my car , damaging the diff , tyre and the brake system. They refused my claim and told me that their client was avoiding a potential hijack attempt. I see this a lame excuse to refuse a claim.Surely they insured the client against such kind of occurrences/accidental damages. During the ordeal I was so belittled and could see that the strategy was for me to give up but I surely will not. The vehicle cost me just on repairs alone, over R43000. I am self employed and I suffered losses whilst busy fixing this car. They say the whole process takes 1 month to investigate.
