refuse to tow my vehicle from a panelbeater

My car broke down 2 weeks ago was towed to Car service city has not done any yo expensive to fix called first for women requsting assistance from them just to tow my vehicle to my house area the south naturena they refuse saying they do not cover it since i have been with first for women since last year mat 2014 this is the first time i request assistance and they refuse to help me thy dealer never fixed anything and all inm asking is just to have my vehicle towed to my area in naturena they refuse being a client of them this is the treatment i get ,is this fair on me as a women .
