refusal to settle claim
in FEBRUARY2014 I took insuarance with the above entity and I gave them my IMEI number for my GALAXY S4 on the 18th of October 2014 I contacted the insurance to register a claim as my handset was ****** and was rquested to supply a case number and ITC number ( I could not get those details because it turns out the handsets IMEI number matches an S3 not S4( I explained that my Uncle bought the phone for me in China) My problem is that the Insurance took the IMEI NUMBER AND INSURED THAT HANDSET AND NOW THEY CANNOT PAY ME FOR THE LOST ITEM.
