Refusal to pay my no claims bonus

I have been a loyal customer for First For Woman for 4 years now. I have never claimed and I have never received a no claims bonus. Last year when I inquired about my no claims bonus they advised I would get it this year Feb, when I called this year they are telling me I have to wait till 2019. <br> <br> I have been asking for my telephone recordings to prove that Ii did request a no claims bonus and even last year they promised me that I would get it this year. I have been waiting for the recordings till today. <br> <br> They say you never know how good or bad your insurance company is till they have to pay you out and First For Woman no claims bonus is a myth. To think I have been canvasing for them, referring my friend and all to them. I regret taking up insurance with them. <br> <br> I Want my no claims bonus
