Refusal of payment for 3rd party claim

I was involved in a car accident on the 24th January 2018 with First for women client, the police came to the scene and took statements from me Mr Okkers their client who admitted infront of the police officers . I the called the police station and i got an Accident Report after a day or 2. The insurance instructed their client not talk to me and i was suppose to call in wich i did. The lady dealing with claims took my statement and requested a list of documents to support my claim which i submitted. When i called to get feedback she told me they are going to take my car for assessment which they did on the 5th of February 2018before that i was instructed not to do anything to the car because they must do assessment. I called the lady Ms Enid Mapson to get feedback, she told me my car was a write off and they are going to pay me R22000.00 then deduct a % of this amount for salvage fee, fine. Mr Luther Kekana was going to do the paper work for this claim and call me for feedback. He didn't call me so again i called in and asked the claims lady, she then told me their client story is not the same as mine and i must talk to Mr Kekana. Mr Kekana told me i must have proof that i was telling him the truth in a form of a video footage or an indipendent witness which i didn't get. I went to the police station where i got the accident report , the 2 officer that wrote the report gave their affidavite which i send to Mr Kekana. He sent me an e-mail stating that my claim was rejected. This to me is a clear case of bulling because i do not have an insurance for my car.
