Refunds withheld on lies

My claim was settled prior to my last complaint, however, First for Women was supposed to have refunded my premiums to my Capitec account and they did not. I queried this with the admin and was told that the premiums were refunded to the premium paying account, I advised him that the account was closed, his reply was that the premiums were already paid into the said account, ans should the bank return the premiums, they would then refund into my Capitec account. I've queried the refund with Standard Bank and was told that the account was closed a few months before the refund and it was returned to First for Women, who did not keep to their promise, and I have had no feedback from them on the refund of R800 +. Please help.
