Refund due not paid since May 2015

On 4 May this year, I declined an insurance quotation, yet First For Women sent the car for repairs. I had to pay the full amount to the panelbeaters to get my car back. To date, they have refunded the excess, but not the additional amount I had to pay that was covered by the insurance. Despite many and repeated requests for the additional amount that I had to pay to be refunded as well, I had absolutely no response. The person I was dealing with, Sasha Naidoo, has just been ignoring my emails since 09 September. Please rectify the situation. I am also still waiting for proof that I declined taking out car rental on my policy, which she promised me in May as well.
