no refund I cancelled my car insurance on the 19th Jul 2019 and I was told they will refund the money back to my account after 5 working days but even today I haven't received anything, I called them three time but every time I get transferred from pillar to post and no one seems to know who should authorize the amount, they all tell different stories policy ***
