Refund

I knew it. Getting my full refund was not gonna be easy. VAP department you debited me twice for the Month of August'26 and this is known to you. Does a lady by the name Tyrique work for FFW VAP department. She is the one who called to offer me a discounted premium, i agreed. The new premium and the old premium went off on the same day. VAP tells me she forgot to cancel the old premium. My refund is R1533 not R533 that you refunded me. Thank you for the discounted premium but refund back my R1000 remaining.
