REFERRAL VOUCHERS COMPLAINT

I have been contacting First for Women contact centre day after day as from last week to request for my referral vouchers.Im highly disappointed at the appalling service i have received.I have spoken to your unprofessional agents namely Nompumelelo K;Taonga;Bongiwe)who kept saying they escalating and will call me back,they have the audacity to even drop my calls.I asked to speak to their managers yet they refused.I need my vouchers!!!!This type of service from a highly recommended insurance company is extremely disappointing.
