Reduction in Monthly Premium

I had a very positive experience with the gentleman who helped me. He was kind, patient and a problem solver. I felt I was paying alot for my vehicle (as its older) and I could get it for less elsewhere, and he listened, and then chatted with his supervisor who then lowered my premiums appropriately. Excellent service.
