REDICULOUS INCREASE IN INSURANCE PREMIUMS

I have been with First for Women since 2009. I were very happy with the insurance policy that I have taken out. This however has changed. I received a Debiet notice on my bank account to be approved. The value of this new revised debit order is 32% more than the previous year. Needless to say I have declined this debit order approval.

Today I have phoned First for Woman about 5 times because the phone was disconnected continuously. When I finally got through I was told that First for Woman reviewed my policy and that is why there is such a big increase. Now, just note that I did nor make any changes to my life insurance policy. No additional benefits were added. The call center person told me that a review of your policy will result in an increase in your fees by a minimum of 15%. I have never heard of this! For no reason at all. They could not tell me why the sudden increase. JUST THAT IT IS A FIVE YEAR REVIEW.

I am very unhappy with this. I have asked them to get one of their managers to phone me. And this will definitely not happen.
