Recovery of access
My car was knocked off at the parking lot in May 2015.
FFW told me to pay my access and that they will pay me back. Now it's been 10 month, I've been callings do no positive feedback. Now they are telling me that the guy who knocked me off cannot afford to pay back the money, whose problem is that! The same guy who offered to pay for the damages but FFW instructed me not to talk to him. I'm not happy at all. I thought being loyal to my insurance was the right thing.
I don't hv confidence in them at all
