Recovering service through great attitude commitme
I have been trying to speak to the relevant manager to motivate a request for cash settlement for my latest claim which was authorised, unfortunately, despite my attempts to speak to the manager for a long time no other agent helped me and made it happen despite their attempts, but Chazzlin too it on her onus same time and went the extra MILES, finally she got my request approved and released the payment immediately.<br> <br> BRAVO
