Really shoddy service and no feedback

I was stationary at a robot and someonesmashed into the back of me at the end of June. Once my claim was lodged I was called by a consultant to say that they could not verify my last insurance details, could I please furnish the insurer with details for the last seven years otherwise my insurance would be increased by almost R350 permonth. I was told I had 30 days to comply before the increased premiumwould be effective. Less than 30 days later,at the end of July the new increased premium was deducted despite my having sent through the requested information. To date this has not been settled despite numerous phone calls onmy side.<br> I was also told that the excess I had paid would be recovered by the legal department. Almost 2months after the accident I contacted the legal department as I had no correspondence from them. I was then informed that they were still struggling to get hold of the other party who knocked into me. I asked whether I should not have been contacted to ask for additional info if it was needed. The consultant apologised and I called back with additional information requested to make contact with the insurer of the other party.Once again I am waiting on a reply
