Radio ****** on return from assessment centre

On 6/2/2015, my car was returned to me from the Pamona Assessment Centre after I was involved in a motor vehicular accident the week before. I choose not to claim with my insurer as I had no structural damage, and little to none cosmetic damage. Jaun at the claims department handled all my accident matters accordingly until my car was returned to me without my radio.

The timeline of events spans over one month long. Unfortunately I do not have enough characters to describe how many times I called the call centre to be told my matter was being investigated only to find out it wasn't even noted in the system. Exactly a month later, numerous phone calls and no one has called me back to this day.

It is absolutely nauseating how unhelpful and dishonest the staff of the call centre are, as NONE of them managed to handle my matter appropriately. I have the tow authorization that states my radio was in the vehicle when the car was towed. Either the First for Women authorised tow driver, one of the assessors or the man who towed my vehicle back to my house stole my radio and it is not appalling an insurance provider can not bear itself responsible for a fault so blatantly obvious.
