R119 saved in a matter of minutes

I would like to congratulate the First For Women Call center on exceptional staff efficiency and work ethic.

I called in last Friday,26th January, to update my address. I was initially helped by Faizel who was so friendly and cheerful. I then had a few enquiries and he put me through to Sarah. Sarah quoted me a better price than my current premium, after a few more questions and a consultation with her manager she came back with an even further reduced premium!!!

This was all done within a matter of minutes and i was sent the updated policy forms before I had even put the phone down. How wonderful to have such a friendly and efficient experience with a company that works hard to save its clients money.
