Question of Ethics

I've been dealing with First for Women regarding insurance for my new car. The first consultant I spoke to was pleasant and helpful, however, he missed out an important point about additional excess. Its sad that insurance companies want to know your insurance history but don't tell you every single aspect of the insurance contract. However I received another call a few days ago and informed the lady I will get back to her. Today I received another call from another consultant asking me if I've decided on the contract. I asked him to tell me the details again and lo and behold, he upped the premium as well as the tracker fee. I then informed him that the quote given to me was cheaper and not knowing what to say, he said he will find out from other consultant and get back to me. I suggested he get that consultant to phone me back soonest and that call still hasn't come. Now how does one have any faith in such a company? And there I was considering First For Women for my insurance. Dear Insurance company, if you can't be honest and ethical with your customers why do you expect the same from your customers? This is sadly shocking!
