****py mechanical warrranty cover with 1st for women

I have been paying mechanical extended warranty with 1st for women/ innovation for them to reject my claim of R10.5k cause the faulty component is not covered on the plan. I disputed the claim n requested for the actual components list covered on the insurance n I was only issued with a generic policy n nothing specifying in detail what's covered n not.
