Putting Clients last, not first. 1st For Women.
I have been a loyal and paying customer at FFW for years, everything I own is insured with FFW. A year ago I took out two additional maintenance policies on my two Ford Ranger bakkies. The one an older model and the other new. Last week I had my first ever break down with the older model. This bakkie has never given me any issues. I was relieved as I have a maintenance policy in place. Yesterday I was informed that my claim was rejected. My frustration and disappointment - why? They say they do not cover wear and tear. This was not what the work shop told me. So tell me FFW, what must happen to a clutch plate (transmission) for you to cover it? This is such a mall claim but makes a huge difference for me, I now have to pay the entire repair costs for something that I had insurance on, and I paid for a useless policy for almost a year. Thank you FFW. For nothing.
