Putride service

I have my policy with ffw for 3 months now.My premimums have been going off with no problems.I still haven't received the stickers for reference for my car incase anything happens.This is really pathectic service and I am quite disappointed.The guy who sold me the policy didn't reply when I enquired where is my stickers is.His name is Kabelo Seionana.I meant he is the point of reference.He didn't even acknowledge the e-mail.I am still waiting for the stickers.
