Punishes faithful clients

<p>I recently received my yearly insurance renewal and felt the premiums were a bit high and decided to get a Hippo Quote. As a new client with 1st for Women I could insure my car for R411.99 per month with an excess of R3900. However as a longstanding 1st for Women Client my renewal premium is R720,65 with an excess of R4400. This is in spite of the fact that I have not claimed for at least 5 years. </p> <p>As they dont break down the costs it is impossible to tell how much one pays for car insurance and houseowners. But you can clearly see what they have done with the excess.</p> <p>My question is why do they discriminate against a longstanding client?</p> <p> </p>
