Promises Made with NO Follow Through!!!

On the 13th August I took out insurance with First for Women. The consultant, Thulani, was very helpful and I was very impressed with him. I let Thulani know that I only got paid at month end and that the first months premium as well as the pro-rata premium for August needs to be taken off at the end of this month. He agreed and assured me that the total amount would be taken off at the last day of the month. I also didn't have the car engine number,etc with me. I told him that I had the Car Dealers number and he agreed to give them a call as I said that I needed to collect the car that day. But to my dismay, I couldn't collect the car as the details was not added onto my policy and Thulani never phoned the dealer. I had to then get the details from the dealer myself, phone First for Women back and give them all the details that was needed. I was NOT impressed at all!<br> <br> And then to end it off, on Saturday 15 Aug, I got a sms stating that R304.45 was debited from my bank account!! I phoned in and was told that it was Aug's pro-rata. I explained that I made an arrangement and want the money back in my account. I was told it would be in later that day or latest Monday. ITS WEDNESDAY!!
