PROFESSIONIAL CARING SERIVICE
I received a policy review, which included increase in premiums and excess, within five minutes Shechaba had reduced preimium to only an increase of approx R10 he also reduced the excess from R8850, to R3850. He was professional when i voiced my being upset by increase etc. He has made me decide to stick with first for women. He is an asset to the company.
