PROFESSIONAL AND COMPETENT

<p>This has been a while ago but I decided I still need to post a compliment for this employee. I contacted ffw regarding insurance I had to "re-activate". The lady assisting me was Melissa Opperman. She is professional, competent and honest. Which if you think about it is most important. She answered all my questions honestly and left out no detail. I decided to add home insurance later on and probably might add a vehicle or two. I did not have to phone a bunch of insurance companies as your prices are good and getting the assistance I did, I felt "safe". Thank you Melissa and FFW!!!</p>
