Price Increase with no notification communication

My installment for my First for Woman insurance policy was once again just increased without any prior communication to me.

The installment increased with almost R450 per month.

After calling them they came up with a more realistic and acceptable increase.

Unfortunately I already paid the increased installment through debit order and now it is ‘sorry we can’t do anything about that”.

This is unacceptable, if I had notification prior to the increase I could ensure that I called and negotiated a better rate, but I didn’t have the opportunity.

Now I must just accept that I have R450 less in my budget for the month – I am not happy as the economic environment might not influence you as a big company but it surely has a huge impact on us as clients.
