Premiums going up every time you call them

It's been exactly 1 year with FFW and my premium has gone up 3 times and the excess went up even more. I called First for women to notify them that I am moving houses and they increased both my premium and excess. When I called them just to update my Unit number they increased the premium again. 2 Months later I get a debit order message that the premium is going up. How the hell does one get an additional premium increase of R500 and an excess increase of R5000 in just 1 year.

Then you get the retentions agent Matome telling me that he is having a bad day. WOW!!!

Worst insurance ever!
