Premium went off even though policy was cancelled

I cancelled my insurance 2 weeks before debit date around 14 November 2022. But to my suprise the debit order went off and i called in the 28 th to ask for my money back

Till today i have not received my refund which was not even supposed to go off my account. And now i cant evem reverse it as it will charge me for their ignorance
