Premium troubles

As a first time client I am really not happy with the service I am receiving from First for Women, within my first month!

Firstly the consultant I spoke to the first time I contacted FFW, when I decided to join, rambled though all the information that was necessary for me to know that I honestly didn't catch a single thing he told me. Which resulted in me being completely confused about my cover and having to contact FFW AGAIN to have another consultant clarify everything for me. I have contacted FFW on numerous occasions asking "When will my premium go off" because it was scheduled for the 29th but nothing happened. I contacted them, asking for clarification and I was told by a gentlemen that the premium will go off on the 31st of August, at the latest early the morning of the 1st September, something to do with the banks. By the 2nd of September still, nothing happened. I asked AGAIN. I was told twice, that the premium DID GO OFF on the 31st. Then, on the 6th of September they informed me via sms that I did not pay my premium. On the 9th they call me and tell me that I didn't pay and that my premium date is now the 15th of every month. Which AGAIN I told them to make the 29th of every month, because I only get paid then, which AGAIN he told me he changed to the 29th.

Now I must pay a double premium which I honostly cannot afford because FFW is too incompetant to make monthly deductions. And sadly, the ecaxt same thing happened with my brother, but they dragged it on for THREE months... I wonder how this one will go.
