Premium increase

Hi, I was helped by Tumelo when I called in to seek assistance in order to reduce the upcoming premium increase on my car insurance. He successfully transferred me to retention department. I spoke to Thendo and managed to assist with my request which left me quite happy with the final decision. Thank you again Thendo for making my day yesterday.
